Worker's Compensation

In NSW the workers compensation scheme is managed by iCare and from January 1st 2018, all policies for all employers in New South Wales are insured directly with icare.

iCare is also introducing a new claims service model which will improve the experience of injured workers and employers. All new claims will be managed by CSPs, iCare's appointed claims service provider https://www.icare.nsw.gov.au/employers/understanding-workers-insurance/about-csps-and-choice
